I loved them! My brother and sister helped make them.
It was the longest 20 minutes of my life when the were cooking!
Here is the link of the recipe.
In the reviews, some people said that they were too sweet, so we changed 1/4 cup golden syrup, which we changed to 1/8

ReplyDeleteANZAC biscuits are the best! Yours look delicious too! What a wonderful big sister you are encouraging your siblings to help you make them, it means they get to have one when they are baked :) I like that you read the reviews and changed the recipe to suit you and your family.I also love that you have added a link to the recipe, very well done. We will make our ANZAC biscuits tomorrow, wish us luck.
Thanks for sharing your blog with us.

Zdravo Catalina,
ReplyDeleteANZAC biscuits are delicious. I agree - 1/4 cup of golden syrup sounds a lot. Did you leave a review on their website?

DeleteYes, I did leave a review, and this is what it said:
Great recipe, but I altered the golden syrup from 1/4 cup to 1/8 cup and they were perfect. Thank you for this tasty recipe!

Privet Mrs Naden,
DeleteIt made 24 if you made it 2 Tablespoons per biscuit.
Depends if you have a few sweet tooths in your family - mine defintely has! They went out within a few days.
