Not 1 but 2, 2 cakes!
We made a chocolate mud cake with mocha frosting. (See Below)
The other one was a mocha log roll.
My Mum and I had a LOT of fun-we made a lot of mistakes though! We accidentally added in the flour into the egg mixture, not the egg mixture in the flour for the log roll. My mum said you need to be very accurate with log cakes.
