Birthday Cake

When it was my Dad's birthday, we made cakes.
Not 1 but 2, 2 cakes!
We made a chocolate mud cake with mocha frosting. (See Below)

 The other one was a mocha log roll.
My Mum and I had a LOT of fun-we made a lot of mistakes though! We accidentally added in the flour into the egg mixture, not the egg mixture in the flour for the log roll. My mum said you need to be very accurate with log cakes.

    These sound delcious. Your dad is very lucky - not one but TWO cakes! How can I get the recipe to try and bake them myself?

      My mum found these on Pinterest, the log roll is like a Goldilocks recipe (a brand in the Philippines) and the other one is a mud cake.
      I will try to find them for you.

      Is Cinderella like a Betty Crocker or Edmonds cake mix we have in NZ? Now that you have eated them (I'm presuming), what is the verdict? Delicious?
