I found it easy to describe.
VRRMMM WHHRR. The engine whirred and vibrated the lifeboat as I clambered in. “ You ready?” Eric asked. I nodded and gripped the rope. Suddenly the boat jerked forward violently, and the salty sea water flicked up onto my face. Fierce waves jumped at the orange boat, like a hard punch. I grinned. I loved how thrilling it was. The boat jolted upwards, almost vertically, and galloped on the waves on the whitewashes, in rhythm, just like my heart. Wait… Gasp! It was the most monstrous wave yet. “AAAHH!” But I couldn’t say more. It slapped me, and for a moment, I couldn’t breathe. I regained my balance and sighed a sigh of relief. Engines slowed, and waves stopped, as if on cue. I was looking forward to a warm shower.
