Maths in Nature

We finished our class MTNA(Maths in Nature).
We learnt about maths in art and nature, like Fibonacci
and the Pythagora's Theorem.
We looked at numerous artists like Franz Marc, Pablo Picasso, and Kandinsky(the one I based my art on).
Kandinsky was an abstract artist who painted with transparent colours and shapes like circles and lines.
Here is my Portfolio.

For Maths we are learning our times tables.
We will learn 2 each week.
This week I am learning
9 x 4 = 36
9 x 3 = 27
All the highlighted ones are the ones I know.
What are YOU learning in maths?

Torch Challenge

WALT make a closed circuit
My group found it easy to connect the wires.
My group found it hard to make the light bulb glow.
Next time we would like to have more time.
In my group there were:

Explanation
Where does the electricity in my torch come from? It comes from  the battery and passes through to the LED bulb in a closed circuit. The battery lights up and, ta-da! There's your torch.
We didn't get our bulb to glow. The material we used was cardboard, tinfoil, electrical tape, 2 C batteries,  and 6 wires. If you know how to make the bulb glow, you can comment down below.

Math Quiz

During Cybersmart, we made a math quiz.
I really enjoyed this because I needed to work on my 6, 7, and 8 times tables.
I found hard to find a free GIF.
I learned how to link images to other slides in the presentation.
