Fight Scene Comic Strip

I made a Comic strip for the boy the back of the classroom tasks.
It was about the fight scene when Brendan wanted Ahmet's pomegranate and then they got into a big fight.
My digital learning object shows that I can take a photo and put it on my blog.
I found it hard to do a comic strip quickly I found it easy to draw.

  1. Hi Catalina,
I'm Taryn from PCS, I like how you explained what was happening in the pictures. Also I like your drawing it is very clear to see what was happening.

  2. Talofa Catalina,
It's Jaimie here from Waikowhai Primary School.
This is a very cool post! I loved the way that you explained how this DLO proves you can take a picture and put it on a blog post. I also liked that you wrote a short reflection to go with the explanation. Next time, maybe you could explain the task a bit better because I didn't really understand what exactly you had to do and I didn't really understand why you did this activity. Also, maybe next time you could do a longer comic and a longer story?
    Did you like this activity?
Overall, it was a great post and I hope you do more of them.

    1. Slav Jaimie,
Thank you for your, helpful, thoughtful, and positive comment.
In my earlier posts, I have explained that in class we are reading Boy at the Back of the Class, By Onjali Q. Rauf. It's about a new boy in the narrator's school. He's a refugee with family split up all over the world. I would highly recommended it for 9+.

I found it interesting that you made a comic strip.
I learnt that you are able to draw easily.
Maybe you could make a longer comic next time.
